Shipping Policy

Shipping of material is free standard UPS shipping to you. Our stock on-hand is limited, so in most cases we must wait 5-6 days to receive the material from our distributor. They will not ship directly to you; therefore, this is why we have a 2-3 week delivery policy for your material. It is advisable to order at least one month prior to the time you need your home school material.

Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Refunds & Returns will constitute withdrawal from VCA
2. All Registration Fees are Non-Refundable
3. Tuition is refunded based on following guidelines:
   
   
   • Within 30 Days: If all material is returned to VCA, all yearly tuition paid minus $50 will be refunded. If payment was paid by the quarter, then quarterly tuition minus $15 will be refunded. PACEs and Score Keys not returned or determined unusable will be deducted at $3 each from the refund amount. Unreturned books or manuals will be subtracted from the refund based on the retail price of each unit.
   
   
   
   • Within 31-60 Days: If all material is returned to VCA, all yearly tuition paid minus $100 will be refunded. If payment was paid by the quarter, then quarterly tuition minus $30 will be refunded. PACEs and Score Keys not returned or determined unusable will be deducted at $3 each from the refund amount. Unreturned books or manuals will be subtracted from the refund based on the retail price of each unit.
   
   
   
   • Within 61-90 Days: If all material is returned to VCA, all yearly tuition paid minus $150 will be refunded. If payment was paid by the quarter, then quarterly tuition minus $60 will be refunded. PACEs and Score Keys not returned or determined unusable will be deducted at $3 each from the refund amount. Unreturned books or manuals will be subtracted from the refund based on the retail price of each unit.
