Switched-On Schoolhouse is a CD-ROM curriculum with multimedia-rich lessons for the computer. This state-of-the-art homeschool curriculum for grades 3-12 features automatic grading, recordkeeping, and lesson planning to reduce administrative tasks. LIFEPAC is a full-color worktext curriculum that uses mastery learning, so students master concepts in each unit before progressing to the next unit. The curriculum for grades K-12 is comprised of consumable worktexts that conveniently coordinate lessons, exercises, projects, reviews, and tests. Horizons is a fun-filled curriculum with engaging, hands-on lessons that offer a solid foundation in math (K-6), phonics and reading (K-2), spelling and vocabulary (1-3), penmanship (1-5), health (K-8), and physical education (PreK-12). Horizons math and language arts courses use a spiral learning approach that includes quick concept introduction, frequent review, and reinforcement.
